The Monday night Bible Study and Fellowship group is meeting again, and embarking upon a new study on the book of Judges, using the Geared for Growth study booklets. Feel free to come along at 7.30pm to Mozielaw, Canonbie, on Monday 12th January for some chat, a little bit of singing, a cup of tea, and the first instalment of the above book. All the dates of services over the Christmas period are given, apart from the Chrismon Craft afternoon, which is on Saturday 13th December at 2pm. Come along and make some new decorations for the Chrismon Tree.

Canonbie Church welcomed the Hall family and friends yesterday for the Christening of Jake David Hall. It was a lovely service, and the Minister, Bill Jackson, encouraged Jake’s parents to bring him up in a loving and Christian family.

The Annual Craft Fayre will be held next weekend 1st and 2nd November in Canonbie Village Hall, open 10am – 4.30pm on Saturday and 11am – 4pm on Sunday. Come along and buy all your Christmas presents, indulge in some cake and coffee, lunch, or afternoon tea.

There will be an exhibition next weekend, Saturday 1st November and Sunday 2nd November in Canonbie Church of the work of Robert Forrester.

The Church will be open from 9am to 5pm on Saturday and 2pm – 5pm on Sunday.
