The craft fayre held in Canonbie Village Hall on 7th and 8th November raised the fantastic sum of £1,955. Thanks go to all those who helped by baking, jam making, soup stirring, tea serving, and most of all organising!

Canonbie Church was pleased to welcome Mr Andrew Scott, the Moderator of the United Free Church of Scotland, and his wife Helen, last Sunday morning. Mr Scott conducted worship, with some rousing hymns and a very thought-provoking sermon.

Family Ceilidh

What a great night at the Family Ceilidh yesterday! The Church was filled with all ages, from young to not quite so young!

We had some great dancing, with requests taken (Kirsten and the Grand Old Duke of York). Lots of people danced and had a good time, supper was lovely and plentiful, the chat and company was fantastic.

Ceilidh on 2nd October

Canonbie Church will be serving afternoon teas on Saturday, 2nd May, from 1pm to 5pm.

There will also be compost for sale, at £3 for 60 litres, and a selection of plants.
